- 1/4 Teaspoon baking powder.
- 3/4 of a light brown sugar cup.
- 3/4 unsulted butter cut in two.
- 1 Teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
- 1 large lightly egg.
FOR THE ROYAL ICING :
- 1/4 of a meringue powder cup.
- 4 cups of icing sugar.
- Food colouring for decorating (optional).
- Sugar sprinkled for toping (optional).
